Senior Communications Officer

Job description

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with a fantastic community-development charity in their search for a Senior Communications Officer.

In this newly created role you will lead on the website's performance and development, and will work especially closely with the research team on publications and related content to sustain their impact. You must be a communications professional with strong technical knowledge who also cares about every page of the website - its copy, images, cross-links and calls to action. Alongside a passion for websites and analytics, you must be comfortable producing publications from start to finish including editing, sourcing images, proofreading and creating effective promotional assets. You will also be responsible for line-managing the Digital Engagement Officer, so excellent communication and leadership skills are a must.

You will be joining a team of enthusiastic and supportive professionals, who care about their work. It's a great atmosphere as there is a genuine buzz and momentum about what they're doing!
