Senior Community Fundraiser

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with an ambitious national health organisation seeking a Senior Community Fundraiser. An exciting time for the organisation, they are entering a period of growth, looking to double non-legacy income over the next 3 years.

This role will play a vital part in increasing this income through developing and managing the organisations Community fundraising portfolio. An area with real potential you will promote and support a variety of community products and activity. You will identify areas for growth within the portfolio, introducing innovative and exciting products and events. You will engage with new and existing supporters, building long term relationships and stewarding them through their fundraising. You will use your driven and enthusiastic approach to make the role your own and ensure that community plays it part in ensuring the wider fundraising targets are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

  • Excellent Community Fundraising experience
  • Proven track record increasing income
  • Demonstratable experience recruiting and stewarding supporters
  • Previous experience delivering community fundraising products
  • Ability to use data / insight to inform future fundraising
