Senior Corporate Fundraiser

Harris Hill are proud to be working with a leading international women's charity to recruit a Senior Corporate Fundraiser. This role will work closely with the Head of this department to implement their new strategy and develop exciting partnerships to help work towards strategic fundraising, advocacy and brand goals.

Key responsibilities will include:
+ Strategic development of corporate engagement in order to generate long-term, multi-faceted corpraote partnerships to incorporate fundraising, advocacy and brand.
+ Lead on the day to day account management of existing corporate partnerships, while developing a pipeline of new corporate prospects
+ Working with programme staff to create partnership materials, budgets, and forecasts as necessary
+ Supporting international corporate fundraising colleagues on global projects
+ Working to establish the wider corporate fundraising strategy and developing relationships to advance brand and advocacy priorities

The ideal candidate will:
+ Be an experienced fundraiser with knowledge of partnerships and working with other income streams to achieve goals
+ Have an understanding of how fundraising and advocacy work most effectively together for mutually beneficial outcomes
+ Be an excellent relationship manager, able to build effective relationships a variety of people, particularly with senior corporate stakeholders
+ Be an excellent communicator, able to pitch and present complex and compelling arguments to secure funds
+ Be a strong negotiator, influencer and networker
+ Have an entrepreneurial approach, open to new ideas and concepts in an agile way.
