Senior Direct Marketing Officer - Acquisition

Harris Hill is working with a mental health charity to recruit a senior direct marketing officer (acquisition). The charity has an ambitious and fast-growing team that is looking for a proactive and experienced campaign manager. Organised and with an eye for detail you'll be a people person who will build positive relationships across the organisation and manage suppliers effectively, you will also be a problem solver with the flexibility to cope with change and competing priorities.

Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager, the Senior Direct Marketing Officer will have responsibility for supporting the development, implementation, management and delivery of the acquisition programme within Direct Marketing, in order to achieve income targets.

You'll manage Direct Marketing Officer's and be responsible for delivering campaigns across a range of channels and products including DRTV, door-drops, inserts, digital campaigns and our regular giving product Pause. You will also be expected to monitor and evaluate campaigns, providing regular financial and key performance indicator updates, recommendations and reports.

The acquisition programme also includes the charity's regular giving product, Pause, and you'll be responsible for its continued innovation and growth to help us build on this industry acknowledged subscription product.
