I am delighted to be working with a leading UK health-related charity in their search for a Senior Email & CRM Officer.

As Senior Email & CRM Officer you will plan and deliver a range of creative email marketing campaigns and triggered customer comms journeys. You will run data selections to ensure the best possible targeting of audiences and will advise colleagues on data targeting, selections and email best practice based on insight and evaluation.

Key responsibilities include leading on delivering on exceptional email marketing campaigns, tracking these campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates, abandoned carts), using A/B testing, and ensuring insight from emails is fed into evaluations, in order to help improve practice.

Working with the Senior Developments and Integration Officer you will identify new ways of integrating emails, website, CRM and other tools and will create automated workflows for customer journeys from sign up to conversion. You will also work closely with the Data Services Team to plan segments for emails based on insight and must have a strong understanding of Raisers Edge/NXT and Faststats in order to be able to advise on selections and briefs.
