Harris Hill is working with a national children's charity to recruit a Senior Fundraiser to join the organisation's Individual Giving Team. It's an ambitious team who are tasked with the exciting job of developing new products and also managing existing product portofolios to get the best outcomes.

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing new products and propositions across a growing portfolio of products including regular giving, cash giving, lottery and raffles (prize led fundraising), value exchange and legacy and in memory giving
- Day to day product and project management of the charity's Christmas product which is an important income source.
- Evaluation and reporting of campaign and project activity

You ll be working with Senior Fundraisers and Fundraising Managers to deliver the agreed departmental strategy, goals and standards, and working effectively with other departments and functions.

Ideally, you will have:
Experience of project and campaign management
Experience of working in a charity
Excellent communication skills
The ability to build positive and effective working relationships across teams, both internally and externally.
