Senior Fundraising & Partnerships Manager

I'm working with the leading international human rights organisation, Pen International, to find their next Senior Fundraiser .This is a globally influential position within the international human rights sector, with a focus on developing its Major Donor fundraising and partnership strategy with particular concentration on supporting and capitalizing on the opportunity presented by its centenary in 2021.

The post holder will report to the Executive Team and will work with the senior management team to develop a fundraising and Partnership strategy which will build a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, partners and major donor prospects. PEN International is keen to maximise income generation and the post holder will work across the organisation to develop a road map for high quality donor engagement and for promoting relationship longevity. You will assist in the preparation of tailored communications materials including e-mails, letters, proposals and presentations, which can be used at special events with the aim of cultivating potential and existing major donors.


To be considered you will have around 5 years' experience in Major gifts fundraising, with a proven track record of securing of securing 5-6 figure gifts from HNWI's. In addition, we are looking for candidates that have track record of securing international funding (EU Grants etc.)You will need to be a conceptual and strategic thinker, and an excellent writer who will work closely with colleagues to develop accurate, compelling and persuasive funding applications and reports for all areas of the organisations work.
