The Role

This is an amazing and unique international charity looking to grow and develop its support base.

You will be helping to enhance the charity's fundraising reach by the efficient and effective management of the data. You will help assist the development of a more meaningful relationship with the existing donors, members. You will also help to develop different approaches to acquiring new supporters.
And this role also manages the Marketing Data Officer and the customer services team.

The option is available for you to work remotely for the majority of your week with the occational visit to the HQ outside of London 

About You

You will be an experienced leader, with an understanding of a busy fundraising environment and have a strong working knowledge of the functionality of a fundraising database.
Due to your experience, you will have the ability to work well under pressure, and you will use your interpersonal skills to communicate with people at all levels.
Also, you will be required to lean on your analytical, process driven mindset... which is essential.

Requirements

You will need to have prior line management experience as you will be called on to manage the fundraising services team of two customer services administrators.
The management of the fundraising data analytics will be key in this role in order to provide reliable, timely and qualitative information for the fundraising team.
You will be managing the charity's supporter database to stay in touch with donors in an appropriate and timely way.

Working directly with the Director of Fundraising to produce detailed reports, processes, plans, patterns & trends in supporter behavior etc will be required.

You will be developing the database to enhance its value for all departments by making sure high standards and quality assurance in data maintained

You will be tasked to manage the processing of all charity income including providing routine management reports as required.

Maintaining an accurate database by running regular monthly reports and validation tools will be crucial.

Analysing gift responses results and providing regular reports will also be crucial.

It will be your responsibility to ensure all fundraising staff is trained sufficiently in the use of the database and you will make sure that their training and development needs are regularly assessed.

- Experience in applying data and insight to inform decision-making

Although the role is suitable for hybrid home working, you will be required to occasionally Norfolk offices from time to time.
