Senior Fundraising Executive - Community

Job description

Harris Hill are working with a leading children's charity to find a Senior Fundraising Executive to join their community fundraising team specialising in Community relationship management. This is a supporter facing role for someone looking to develop their strategic skills
Duties and responsibilities: 

- Excellent stewardship and account management of supporters
- Work to targets and budgets as part of a strong team
- To work with the rest of the team towards the strategic planning and ensuring all activity is monitored and reported on
- To work on some fundraising products, ensuring support is given to families fundraising to retain and acquire fundraisers
- To lead by example, acting as a role model to other members of the team

Skills and experience needed:
- Demonstratable experience working in a fundraising environment working with and stewarding supporters
- Strong relationship skills, from being able to influence stakeholders, account management and ability to adapt to each fundraiser
- A background in community and/or in memory fundraising
- Budget management skills and strategic understanding
- Someone who is looking for a challenge and development
- Excellent communication skills, at all levels
