Senior Fundraising Product Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic health charity in their search for a Senior Fundraising Product Manager in order to develop and deliver the overall strategy for specific fundraising product groups within the team portfolio.


The role holder, as the product expert, will gain multiple stakeholders buy in, create, and own each product master plan and budget and be the charity wide point of contact for the product and be accountable for recruitment and stewardship of participants. Strong product management experience as well as analytical skills, and market awareness will be essential to ensure that product strategies are grounded in data and evidence.

You can be based in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff or York, and hybrid working at the moment with 2 days a week in the office.


The ideal candidate for the role will have:


- Significant experience working within fundraising
(or other income generating/product development function within a commercial organisation) working on strategy and product development)
- Project management
- Ability to organise effective schedules, co-ordinating multiple external and internal resources
- Team working - within own team and across an organisation.
- Collaboration across teams to use multi-disciplinary talents to best effect
- Creating, managing, and monitoring budgets
- Co-ordinating multiple projects and delivering to deadlines
- Experience analysing data and generating actionable insight
- Proven experience working with external suppliers and consultants, commissioning research and analysis, managing relationships and attainment of goals against budget
- Creative, innovative, and strategic analysis skills - able to assess opportunities, understand commercial impact and make decisions to push the agenda forward
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively in large and complex cross-functional teams
- Excellent and proven Project Management skills
- Strategic planning and implementation skills
- Influencing, including teams who have other priorities
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and administrative skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
Good communication and presentation skills


Salary: £31,578.00 - £35,086.00pa + £3500 London Allowance
Location: London, Edinburgh, Cardiff or York, and hybrid working at the moment with 2 days a week in the office.
