Harris Hill are working with a leading cancer charity based in London in their search for a senior HR Advisor.

The role on offer is a 12 month contract, with potential to extend.

The charity are going through some change as they modernise the way they work and are currently introducing new systems and processes, meaning it is an exciting time to join them.

Your primary focus will be on employee relations ranging at varying degrees of complexity, which will also involve working closely with line managers, carrying out investigations, providing advice to managers and employees when required.

There is also a need for TUPE experience as well.
