Leading international development charity is seeking a Senior Individual Giving Retention Officer. You will significantly contribute to the development and production of appropriate supporter engagement initiatives including appeals, supporter feedback and other communications to develop supporters, maximise income and campaign activism and build commitment to the organisation.

You will have experience of working in Individual Giving, with a focus on retention and supporter development. You will be self-motivated and hardworking with a desire to improve campaigns and performance. You will have a happy and positive outlook on work and be keen to join a motivated and positive team.
