Children's Hospice is seeking a Senior Individual Giving Manager to be responsible for delivering campaigns including lottery, regular giving, Christmas direct mail, Legacy and In Memory. You will build upon existing relationships and attract new supporters to grow income in these areas. Whilst focusing on donor care, making sure donors are carefully stewarded towards further engagement, there is scope to review and test current individual giving activity. You will manage the Supporter Services Administrator to input data into the Raiser's Edge database in order to maintain an efficient system for income processing. You will also be responsible for segmenting data in line with the marketing and individual giving strategies.

You will have the following skills and experience:
- Fundraising or customer care
- Database management including analysing data and preparing reports
- Designing and implementing effective systems and procedures
- Dealing with the general public by telephone and/or through written communications
