Animal charity is seeking a Senior Individual Giving Officer on a 12 month contract to help deliver the organisation's fundraising programme, incorporating direct mail (acquisition and retention), telephone and digital fundraising.

The organisation is seeking an individual with experience and expertise in digital fundraising methods as well as telephone fundraising.

You will contribute to the development and delivery of a donor acquisition and retention programme, helping to attract new, committed supporters who are inspired by the cause.
You will work closely with the Development Manager to acquire new donors; develop supporter journeys and improve donor retention and implement multi-channel integrated individual giving campaigns (including RG campaigns and appeals).


Skills / experience required:
- Experience of implementing and evaluating effective integrated multi-channel fundraising strategies

- Demonstrable success in project management and knowledge of how to effectively monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns and communications.

- Creative approach, with the ability to develop and produce engaging and compelling written content.
