Senior Loyalty Marketing Officer

A fantastic children's charity is looking to recruit a Senior Loyalty Marketing Officer to lead on digital channel fundraising and engagement activity.

In this exciting role you will be creating email communications plans that deliver a quick and effective step change to digital comms activity, as the charity pivots towards a digital first fundraising strategy.

You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of fundraising and stewardship emails, hitting agreed targets for campaigns across all departments driving increased income, engagement, awareness and loyalty.

You will also lead on the creation of fundraising strategies that result directly in significant growth in fundraising email appeal income and work to improve supporter loyalty and engagement through the creation, and refinement of tailored and bespoke email journeys. In order to document  campaign performance,  you will set up and maintain an effective system (open rates, click throughs, unsubscribes etc), analysing performance and highlighting key areas for improvement in timing, content and asks.

Working across the organisation, another aspect of your role will be to deliver workshops and presentations on performance and other internal communications, in order for fundraisers to benefit from this data and insight.

You will line-managing two members of staff, so strong communication skills, with the ability to support and motivate others is a must.
