You will play a critical role in managing campaigns based on a supporter-led strategy to maximise lifetime value and support a team that will manage a programme of inspiring communications, reaching millions of people every year.

And when an emergency strikes, you will be a key member of the teams that lead on running large-scale emergency fundraising campaigns, raising millions of pounds in a matter of days and weeks so that we can reach people in urgent need of help.

You may line manage up to two campaign managers, overseeing the creative and cost-effective execution of fundraising campaigns, from beginning to end, to sign up new supporters, and to retain our existing supporters. Building strong relationships, both internally and externally, is key to success in this role, as is your ability to spot trends and find solutions. You'll be able to plan your busy workload, but also respond to changing priorities.

You'll be supported by a friendly, passionate and hardworking team, and you'll be part of the largest volunteer-led humanitarian organisation on the planet.

You're experienced you have a background of working for a charity on direct marketing campaigns, with significant experience in several channels (as detailed above).

You're a people person you're an excellent communicator who can build great relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You always have a plan you have experience preparing, monitoring, and analysing plans and budgets.
