I am delighted to be working with an amazing international charity in search of a Senior Operations Officer. This exciting role will see you support the governance, administration and planning at the organisation. Be the central point of contact for the Executive Team, offering wider administrative and operational oversight to the Organisation.

Operations Oversight:
Coordinate the relationship between operational support and project delivery
Support coordination of organisation-wide objectives and key results process and cycle, ensuring these are shared across the organisation, updated regularly and properly presented to the Board and staff using a dashboard approach.
Oversee central systems training for all staff in relation to new systems, policies and compliance.
Work closely with Finance and contractors to ensure the underlying Finance systems and processes run smoothly
Manage and maintain effective relationships with External Stakeholders (vendors) ensuring adherence to service contracts, especially with: IT system administrator, accounting system provider, finance management, auditors, UK and US office hosts.
System Support: Support the management of the HR Information System.

Finance Support:
Support the budget management process, financial processing and the recording and tracking of cost recovery
Oversee the Operations Department budget, ensuring all infrastructure needs of the organisation as a whole are covered.

Leadership and Governance Support:
Ensure the documentation for Board and Board Committee Meetings (Finance and Strategy and Operations) is produced timely and is fit for purpose.
Support change management processes, such as graduation of initiatives.
Develop team working, knowledge-sharing and promote professional best working practice.
Take on other leadership responsibilities and initiatives as agreed with the CEO.
