I am currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for an inspirational children's educational charity. This role is responsible for the project management and delivery of the project across 14 Hub areas. The postholder will be the team lead for Connecting Stories, line managed by the Director of Operations and working closely with the Head of Local Areas, who is responsible for the Hubs. The postholder will directly line manage a Project Manager and three Project Officers.  Please note this role is a fixed term till 30 September 2021.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, risk register and budgets, and report on these as required
• Provide regular project reports to the Director and the internal project board
• Provide regular funder reports
• Provide reports and updates internally to ensure effective communication about the project and delivery
• Provide onsite support with events and activities
• Ensure data, cases studies and evaluation evidence are collected
• Work closely with the communications team to ensure that campaigns are fully integrated
• Line manage the Project Officers and support their delivery of project activities and events
