Harris Hill are working with an important national education charity to find a Senior Regional Fundraising Development Manager to join the team. This role involves line managing some regional fundraisers and some fundraising campaigns.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Meet agreed team and personal income targets, generating income from various sources including corporates, individuals and local events
-Ensure that relationships with funders and partners current, potential and historical are effectively managed
-Line manage direct reports
-Oversee and develop existing relationships and promote regional activity

Skills and experience needed:

-Management experience
-Demonstratable experience of raising fundraising income through community and/or corporate fundraising
- Knowledge of community and some small corporates
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
