A children's charity based in East London are looking for a Senior Selections & Insight Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a complex schedule of data selections for the Fundraising campaigns along with delivering fundraising data analysis both internally and through external partners.

The role will be reporting to the Business Intelligence & Insight Team Lead, they are responsible for the day to day delivery of data selections and analysis for the wider Income & Innovation Department.

The Senior Insight Analyst is required to accurately interpret the needs of business users and deliver robust solutions that meet their needs.
Key responsibilities

To contribute to the overall schedule of data selections
To contribute to an analysis framework for the team, establishing processes to ensure high quality needs capture, and analysis delivery
Delivering analysis through various robust technique
Delivering actionable insights through effective data analysis
Contribute to the maintenance and development (in conjunction with our strategic analysis partner and other Insight and CRM colleagues) of our Data warehouse and FastStats Platform
To represent the Business Intelligence & Insight Team Lead in his/her absence as and when required
Person specification
Excellent working knowledge of FastStats (or similar)
Highly computer literate and numerate with an excellent working knowledge of SQL and Excel
Knowledge of SalesForce
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and its practical applications
Knowledge of Data Protection including but not limited to GDPR and PECR
Extensive experience of delivering data selections and analysis for fundraising or marketing activities, ideally within a non-profit organisation
Proven experience of working with fundraisers to develop and implement effective support journeys
