Harris Hill is working with a Children's Literacy charity, supporting their search for an interim Senior Trust and Foundations Manager for 3-4 months, whilst they recruit permanently.
This organisation is currently secures around £500k from a handful of regular grant giving organisations. This is secure and reactive but the organisation doesn't have any systems in place to proactively drive new trust and statutory donations. The client feels strongly that there is a opportunity for the charity to grow in this area with the great cause and work that they do. The client doesn't have any pipelines, so the successful candidate would need to drive this stream from prospect research to pipeline, whilst managing the reporting of a multi million pound grant.
Carry out research to develop a pipeline of potential trust and foundation donors.
