Having grown significantly over the past four years and now called into action to respond to elevation mental health and employment challenges faced by many as a result of COVD-19, Twining Enterprise are looking for a talented Service Director to join the charity as a key member of the senior leadership team. This role will be central to helping drive forward their ambitious strategy to reach more beneficiaries in ever more impactful ways and lead key services in North West London.

Location: A mix of home working and field work (including to the head office in Ealing)
Salary:£40,600 per annum plus benefits
Contract:Permanent
In this key role in the organisation, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of Twining's employment services for people with mental health problems. At present this includes Twining's Barnet & Haringey flagship IPS service part of the larger IPS Grow movement for people with severe and enduring mental health problems.
This will be an ideal role for someone who wants to make a significant difference to the lives of Londoners with mental health problems It will enable the successful candidate to further develop in their leadership through working in a face-spaced, diverse and developmental environment. You will have significant talent and experience in leading and managing services to achieve impactful results.
