Social Media and Digital Advertising Officer

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic social welfare charity, looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Officer based in Leicester. You will be responsible for developing and delivering effective digital marketing campaigns using organic social media and paid advertising to communicate key messages.

A key focus of your role will be to increase engagement and raise awareness; you will do this by developing and managing the organic social media activity and creating and curating high-quality, fresh and engaging content. You will plan and execute paid search, display and social media campaigns (such as Google AdWords, Google Grants and Bing) and will help to set, monitor and evaluate advertising budgets.

In order to be successful in this role you must have experience of implementing digital advertising campaigns, social media management (paid and organic, tracking and traffic management), paid search (Google Grant AdWords, DoubleClick Search, Bing and social channels) and using analytics, monitoring and evaluation tools to guide data-informed decision-making.
