Social Media Manager

Job description

A dynamic and ambitious cancer awareness charity are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to join their expanding team at their London head office.

They are a young and current charity, with a fun and creative approach, who are looking for a likeminded individual to help expand their social media offering! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Creative & Brand Manager to develop the social media strategy
  • Design and develop fresh and engaging content across social media platforms in order to promote both awareness and fundraising activities
  • Evaluate and review the performance of social media content
  • Engage with all followers and encourage interaction by delivering strong community management


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills for each platform
  • Experienced in developing a coherent brand voice for social media, from content creation to community interactions
  • Video and photo editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience in evaluating social media content performance, using insights to generate learnings and evolve content strategy
