Role: Special Events Manager
Organisation: Goodenough College
Location: Zone 1, London
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, 18 month fixed term
Harris Hill are delighted to be working with Goodenough College, a fantastic charity, dedicated to providing exceptional accommodation and support to exceptional post-graduate students and their families.
Goodenough College has roots dating back to 1930’s, not only do they provide accommodation to international post-grads they also offer a range of scholarships and bursaries. In 2001 the College became fully international and its student community of 700 now represents over 80 countries. This role will focus on the implementation and delivery of high-end events including the Summer Ball, City of London Reception, Homecoming Weekend and their Lecture Series.
We are looking for a highly motivated, personable individual with experience project managing large galas and high-end events and who is comfortable working within small teams. The ideal candidate will have come from a charity background and will enjoy end-to-end management of fundraising events. You will have excellent written and verbal communications and ideally experience of working with VIP’s.
