Stewardship Executive

Job description

Harris Hill is extremely proud to be working with an amazing charity who because of their mission has a driven fundraising team who get out there and bring in the funds. They want you to join as a Stewardship Executive, to get more people involved in making the change.

In this role, you'll be a part of the Major Giving team and work closely with their other teams, supporting your colleagues to ensure their highest level donors receive a tailored package that values their support and inspires them to remain committed to the cause.

You will be responsible for various programmes, ensuring donors are appropriately recognised and thanked. Through your work, you will be giving donors the opportunity to understand what the charity does and the difference their support makes. And by doing that, you'll help them continue their work of keeping the vulnerable safe. The team you will be joining is close and supportive, this is a family-like environment, and they enjoy an active social life.

Are you highly organised and analytical, with excellent communication skills?

Are you great at working collaboratively with colleagues and managing your workload to meet competing deadlines?

They are looking for a reliable and efficient individual, with experience in providing great customer service by balancing responsiveness with attention to detail. Whilst fundraising experience is highly desirable, we are looking for a candidate with transferrable skills.

Experience Required

- Experience in looking after clients or donors
- Proven ability to organise and plan own work
- Experience of managing quantities of data, analysing findings and presenting them
clearly
- Demonstrable creativity, taking into account an audience's needs and developing
products to meet those needs
- Well-developed ability to communicate both written & verbal
- Experience in using Windows-based software packages
- Experience in using a database such as Raiser's Edge
