Support Officer

Job description

A charity based in London are looking for Support Officer. As a Support Officer you would assist the team to ensure the smooth running of the projects.


Key responsibilities

  • Assisting in processing LFA applications
  • Tracking expenses and sending invoices
  • Compiling reports and statistics relating to the LFA Project, and collating participant feedback after each project
  • Managing and updating a database of educational contacts
  • Using Mailchimp to send mass emails about the Lessons from Auschwitz Project
  • Providing logistical assistance on LFA visits up to three times a year, and at LFA Online Live Sessions
  • Ensuring all staff and educators are background checked
  • Organising internal meetings and taking minutes
  • Ordering stationary and educational resources
  • Providing general administrative assistance

  • Able to multi-task and prioritise
  • Self-starter and able to work in a team
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills



Closing: 12:00pm, 13th Oct 2021 BST

Salary: 21,000 - 23,000

Location: Westminster, London. Currently working remotely but there will be an expectation to work in the office on a regular basis. Candidate will also need to be able to travel around the UK and to Poland several times a year when in person projects resume.
