Do you care about this issue?

Is this a concern that's close to your heart?

If yes, then please get in touch because we are seeking a Supporter Care Administrator to join our team. Especially if are you someone who takes customer care seriously and you are happy to use your operational experience to ensure that the supporter's needs are taken care of wherever possible.

If you are successful, your daily responsibilities will include tasks like:

- importing of data
- processing of voluntary income
- managing enquiries and complaints
- maintaining the fundraising database

This will be a varied role which means you get to interact with:

- internal stakeholders & suppliers
- different supporters (financial and non-financial) &
- the members of the public who are passionate about the charity's work

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the periodic reviews and you will get to evaluate and update the processes & procedures the team uses. You will get to take the lead on these tasks with the support and guidance of your line manager.

You will be accountable for meeting certain requirements including regulatory requirements; as you know ensuring timely, accurate and compliant administration of all activities related to the supporters is enormously important.

At all times you will use your experience to demonstrate you know how to take care of customer/supporter's requirements. This will include:

- income processing

- using your experience of Raiser's Edge (or similar fundraising database)
- your strong organisation and prioritisation skills &
- a keen eye for detail.

As you would expect the ability to manage your time and workload is a must. And also, your ability to work independently and as part of a team is extremely important. You will continue to develop and maintain working relationships for the benefit of the whole team and this requires first-class communication skills. Obviously, an effective and professional manner is a must.

Maybe you have used ImportOmatic data integration software before, that would be an advantage, but it is not essential.

If you are passionate about the cause, you likely will fully appreciate this role because you will have regular opportunities to see the charity's work in action. You will benefit from a fantastic range of opportunities to develop and you can be a part of diversity initiatives that can see you evolve internally within the organisation.

Good luck because if you are successful, you will and be part of a highly motivated & extremely passionate team.
