Supporter Care Co-ordinator

Job description

I am currently working with a brilliant Children's charity in order to place their new Supporter Care Coordinator at their office in central London. In this role, you will report directly to the Supporter Care Manager and will aim to provide a high level of support to customers and supporters of the Charity. This is a 12 month fixed term contract

Main duties:

* Support business development initiatives
* Make outbound, relationship building telephone and e-mail communications
* Undertake financial processing and fulfilment
* Provide a high quality of service and act as the first point of call for customers and supporters
* Deal with and track any inquiries or complaints

Key skills:

* Experience of working within a customer service orientated environment
* GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
* Excellent ability and willingness to develop and grow customer relations
* A demonstrable positive attitude and the ability to take initiative
