Supporter Fundraising Manager

Harris Hill are really proud to be working alongside one of the UK's leading children's charity are looking for a Supporter Fundraising Manager in the East of England.

If you are successful you will be working with the Head of Supporter Led Fundraising to develop and deliver a robust fundraising plan for the locality which will grow existing income, identify new fundraising activities, and manage relationships with senior volunteers and supporters.

You will provide effective management to fundraising and volunteering staff within the local Community Supporters fundraising team and work across teams to generate income. Please note you will be home-based in however you should be happy to travel within the East of England.

Key responsibilities:
To have accountability and responsibility for the budgetary performance of the East region covering a range of fundraising markets

To take lead role in supporting, developing and managing relationships with potential new and existing supporters, working at a senior level with other high-level supporters

To take a lead role in working effectively with other local teams and departments within fundraising and other functions to maximise the recruitment of volunteer fundraisers to deliver income for children

To lead, manage and develop local fundraising staff in line with our values and behaviours


Person Specification
Previous leadership of staff or volunteers in a fundraising capacity

Ability to manage a supporter care environment, such as fundraising, sales or marketing

Experience of success in developing, delivering, and monitoring activity plans
Competent use of relevant IT


You must have experience of:

- financial reporting
- budgeting
- customer/donor support
- presentations (internal & external)
- being a team player
