Supporter Journey Manager

Job description

The Supporter Journey Manager is responsible for developing structured, tailored, long-term supporter journeys to maximise lifetime value. We aim for all those giving their time, money and energy to know that they are valued and are offered more relevant opportunities to support our work.

The role would suit someone who is an effective communicator and a strong project manager, as the post holder will be responsible for collaborating with multiple internal teams with varying requirements. The successful candidate will be able demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Previous charity experience is not essential but experience of working with customer/supporter journeys in some capacity is a must.
