Supporter Retention Executive

Job description

This is an exciting time for an experienced direct marketer to join a leading cancer charity, to help establish a new Individual Giving programme and set up new campaigns and appeals that have the potential to be game changing for young people with cancer.

The postholder will be responsible for:
- the successful development and delivery of direct marketing led supporter development campaigns across a range of audiences, including regular givers, cash donors, lottery players, payroll givers, and in celebration supporters.

- To explore, research and develop new methods of engaging supporters and building relationships between them and the charity, keeping pace with, or ahead of, the marketplace.

- To develop communications/ products/ offers that will engage current supporters, increase retention and repeat giving, and maximise lifetime value. Test these via a variety of channels such as post, telephone, SMS and digital.
