Are you an experienced Administrator with Call Centre experience in search of your next opportunity in the charity sector?
I am delighted to be working with an amazing refugee support charity in search of a temporary Supporter Services Administrator. This role is in response to the situation is the Ukraine.
You will be responsible for monitoring, triaging and responding to all enquiries on the website inbox and phone line. This is a front-line position, which is fielding calls from the public, potential hosts/ sponsors and maybe some refugees. This role will also need to provider broader administrative support to the team as needed.

Skill requirement:
Inbox management, oversee, monitor, prioritise, triage and respond to incoming emails.
Update and maintain records, trackers and databases as needed including possible CRM software
Respond to emails on a case by case and individual basis with agreed stock answers and FAQ responses.
To be able to modify and adapt communication styles taking into consideration the differing needs of enquires especially in complex situations
To deal with complex, sensitive or contentious information regarding a host/ sponsor or refugee
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls, responding in a warm and friendly manner and being able to reassure and troubleshoot enquires and route urgent calls as necessary.
Setting up meetings and taking a record of actions and decisions
To remain calm and resilient in a pressurised environment
