Systems Analyst & Projects Assistant

Job description

A charity based in Central London are looking for a Systems Analyst and Project Assistant. The successful candidate will be Working in a team responsible for the configuration, support and development of the Trust's websites, systems and specialist applications, the post-holder has a particular focus on ticketing and CRM and the infrastructure and integrations that support these functions. This includes: hosting solutions, ticketing software, web portals, ticket printers, suppliers, e-mail systems and payment solutions that serve the official residences of the trust and external clients.
Key responsibilities
To provide 2nd line support for the ticketing and CRM platform ensuring it is fully operational at all times.
To oversee the routine logging of issues with third-party suppliers and communication to stakeholders, liaising with helpdesk team(s) to ensure efficient issue resolution.
To provide support for systems integrations such as those between payment solutions, e-mail systems and the ticketing and CRM platform, and for linked peripheral devices.
To monitor performance of the digital infrastructure ensuring optimal performance is maintained at all times.
To create, update, validate and maintain bespoke reporting and querying from the ticketing and CRM platform using SQL report writing tools to meet business needs.
To assist with major infrastructure projects, such as system implementations and upgrades.
To undertake and manage user acceptance testing, liaising with key stakeholders to develop and execute testing scripts, ensuring that functional acceptance criteria are fully met and documented.
Person specification
Prior professional experience providing application/IT support.
A general awareness of security best practise and data handling and how it relates to
GDPR and PCI-DSS.
Efficient and well organised, with the ability to multi-task and an analytical approach to problem solving is essential.
Desirable
SQL report skills. An ability and wiliness to learn is essential.
Experience of the Tessitura or other ticketing/CRM application(s).
HTML and CSS skills
Working knowledge of Agile or other project management methodology.
