Team Administrator

Job description

I am currently looking for an experienced Team administrator for an exciting temporary opportunity within an amazing homelessness charity. This part time role will see you supporting the busy New Partnerships Team.

Main duties:
To manage the Corporate Enquiries Inbox, responding to both internal and external enquiries, signposting appropriately
To provide administrative support to the corporate team including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using Raisers Edge database, and managing financial processes
To occasionally support the high-value partnerships team with the delivery of corporate-targeted special events
To occasionally support the team with desk-based online research of corporate organisations (e.g. turnover, number of staff, office locations, charity partners etc.)

Person specification:
Excellent written communication skills and some experience writing for and interacting with a professional / external audience
Have excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to manage a busy workload and work well as part of a team
Be proficient using Microsoft Office applications and databases
Be results driven, have a commercially aware approach, a 'can-do' attitude
