Job description

I am currently looking for an outstanding Team Administrator/Assistant for an amazing homelessness charity. This exciting part time temporary role will see you support the Corporate Account and Volunteer Executive on a busy schedule of corporate volunteering activities.

Main duties:
Coordinating dates for events with internal stakeholders
Ordering stock
Organising and undertaking volunteer briefing calls
Creating volunteer briefing packs for bespoke volunteering opportunities
Liaise with and support key internal teams including Retail and Involvement, with day-to-day tasks around volunteering and involving the charity's clients
Support the wider Corporate Partnerships team with ad-hoc admin requests including; newsletters, inbox reviews and small finance tasks.

Essentials:
Intermediate use of Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
