Team Coordinator

Job description

I am currently looking for a Team Coordinator for an innovative international development organisation. this role is to provide Administrative support to the Resource Mobilisation and Innovation Cluster Team.

Main duties:
Proactively creating and managing hard and soft filing systems
Develop tools and systems to support Resource Mobilisation and Innovation projects
Maintaining email distribution lists
Coding, checking and submitting invoices
Support the External Communications Team
Relevant administrative tools, systems and processes are developed and delivered to facilitate the successful delivery of operational outputs according to requisite schedules
Provide support for the Resource Mobilisation and Innovation Cluster's planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting
Analysing management accounts on a monthly basis and working with finance to ensure correct coding and forecasting
Administrative support for grant management/funding applications
Support the team during peaks of delivery, such as proposal and contract management support for donor bids or specific communications opportunities
Undertaking research specifically related to project work
Meeting and conference administration
Logistics and arrangements for large external meetings such as venue, equipment, preparation of presentation materials, catering and costing
Minute taking at large meetings, as well as finalising minutes and distributing to relevant recipients Booking rooms and organising teleconferences for large meetings or as needed by the Director and Heads of Units
