Team Coordinator

Job description

I am currently looking for an experienced Team Coordinator, you will provide part time administrative and PA support for the friendly Cultivate team of an International environmental charity.
Main duties:
Supporting the coordination of a team of 6-8 people working on multiple projects
Scheduling, supporting preparation of meetings, helping sharing learning across projects within the team
Providing administrative and logistics support for workshops, events, retreats, learning experiences; including liaising with venues, organising travel, accommodation and catering
Managing participants: tracking sign-ups, supporting with practical information, sending out preparatory and follow-up materials
Liaising with finance team for accurate budget management, including:
Receiving and coding invoices
Preparing Director's expenses, verifying contracts and preparing invoices
Providing PA support for the Team Director, including diary management and travel preparation and support for ingoing and outgoing communications
