Trusts and Foundations Manager

Job description

Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic children's charity that provides support to children who are at a disadvantage in life, in their search for a Trusts and Foundations Manager.

As Trusts and Foundations Manager, you will be responsible for all Trusts and Foundations income generation, and you will be expected to deliver high-value fundraising proposals. You will maintain and grow the database of trusts and foundations with potential to support the organisation, prospecting funders for new and growing programmes. You will identify and build relationships with trusts and foundations through proactive stewardship to secure new donors and retain existing donors. You will also deliver high quality and engaging content, including funding proposals, applications and impact reports.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience working within Trusts and Foundations in the charity sector, writing well researched and engaging proposals

  • A proven track record of securing bids through Trusts and Foundations in the charity sector

  • Excellent grant writing and project budgeting skills

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Permanent, Full-time (35 hours)
Location: Leeds with flexible hybrid working
