User Researcher

Job description

A leading disability charity are looking for a User Researcher to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all support and advice content produced meets the needs of those who use it. You will achieve this by conducting user research in order to establish user needs, followed by the testing of this content with end users for continuous improvement.

Research will include qualitative, quantitative and desk research, and it's vital you have experience in these areas. The audiences will include the online community, visitors to the website, customers of the charities services and advisors working in these services. It is therefore imperative that you have awareness of the ethical issues of testing within services that are offered to customers who may be vulnerable.

Collaborative working is vital within this role; you will work closely with all involved in the content production process, including the Content Designer, Policy Team and also with the Content Strategist to organise user needs into a meaningful structure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the social research sector with experience in undertaking all aspects, stages and tasks required throughout the life cycle of a research project, including the writing of detailed research briefs.

I'm submitting applications on a rolling basis so please do get in touch ASAP to not miss out.

Please note, only suitable candidates will be contacted with more information.
