Harris Hill are thrilled to be working with one of the UK's leading hearing loss charities in their search for a UX Lead Design. 

It's an exciting time to join as they have ambitious plans to transform the user experience for their customers and are looking for a UX Lead in their UX team to help propel them forward! 

In this newly created role, you'll champion user-centred design, interpret customer needs and present design concepts, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes to ensure the charity continues to develop in the future, whilst also optimising the here and now. As part of the User Experience Team you'll be working closely with content and product leads, content specialists, designs and a developer all working closely to deliver impactful experiences for all users.
