Website & Digital Operations Manager

Job description

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with a fantastic political, campaigning organisation that promotes and protects the rural way of life, in their search for a Website & Digital Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will be able to work from home and from the London-based head office.

Covid-19 has brought the opportunity to change how they engage and communicate with existing and potential members, and digital comms have become increasingly important. This role will form an integral part of their new Digital First strategy.

 In this position, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing a new website and its operations to enable the organisation to increase engagement with supporters and grow their membership base. You will work closely with all areas of the organisation to ensure that the communications strategy and policy is followed across the board, together with seamless and efficient integration with CRM and other systems.

In order to be successful, you must have strong experience in the following:

  • MS Office
  • Digital marketing systems
  • Email marketing including DotDigital
  • Analytics including Google analytics, Data Studio, HotJar and Social analytics
  • SEO understanding and CMS management
