Hannah was responsible for building our digital desk from scratch and is now director of our Marketing recruitment division, describing her approach as follows:

I’ve specialised in marketing and communications recruitment in the charity sector since joining Harris Hill in 2016.

Previous to that I recruited for the Big 4, but have found my niche in the charity sector. I love learning about new brand strategies, PR campaigns and how charities are finding new ways to reach supporters.

Naturally curious and chatty, building relationships with candidates and clients alike is what I love about my job and placing candidates in their ‘dream roles’ is a feeling that never gets old.

As a volunteer for Re-engage, there are many causes that are close to my heart, so recruiting in the sector is extremely rewarding.
