Hayley has 8 years of recruitment experience, six of them with Harris Hill working in our permanent recruitment team.

She focuses on Individual Giving and Legacy Fundraising positions, and has recently had success with The Royal British Legion, Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, Plan International and Dementia UK, among others.

Hayley works closely with her clients to really understand their needs beyond the basics. She has a strong network of candidates to draw upon and enjoys supporting candidates through the recruitment process at every stage to ensure successful and enduring placements.
