Harris Hill are delighted to be working with an exciting agency specialising in activating social and environmental change who are looking for a new Account Manager to join their growing team.

The Account Manager will be an essential role focused on connecting with purpose driven clients, consulting on all creative and strategic elements of projects.

As Account Manager you will support a list of bold clients taking on briefs, communicating feedback, and building strong relationships, overseeing all stages of the production process and ensuring projects are executed with maximum impact and influence.

You will be passionate about constantly improving your knowledge and upskilling on key issues related to the projects in order to drive forward what is best for the client. For example, keeping up to date with the developments in climate policy or LGBTQ+ rights. 

You will hit the ground running to support the team, understanding the unique requirements of working for a small but impactful agency. You will thrive on the fast pace and broad nature of the role bringing strategies, creative and campaigns to fruition.

Your flair for writing with a professional and accurate style will allow you to work independently and with agility adding value from day one.

The ideal candidate will be passionate and curious about structural inequality with experience in:

-        An Account Management, Campaigns or similar role

-        Managing digital accounts

-        Stakeholder engagement

-        Building successful relationships

-        Managing budgets

Ahead of the curve in prioritising work life balance the agency have fantastic flexible working options including only occasional Friday working and flexible hours too. The role will be remote with occasional travel to the London HQ required.

Salary: Circa £30,000

Location: Fully Remote

Contract: Permanent
