Job description

I am currently looking for a Team & Finance Administrator with outstanding Customer Service skills to support the Finance team of a youth charity. Your role will be to provide high quality administrative support across the team in order to maintain an effective and efficient working environment.

KEY SKILLS:
Outstanding customer service skills
Intermediate Excel experience
Debt management experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Raising, processing and chasing invoices and other appropriate paperwork
Maintain and update the database
Act as the main point of contact for email all tenant liaison activity and ensure internal departments and external authorities are updated.
Provide admin support as required across team.
