Harris Hill are delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator for a great social enterprise.

The successful candidate will have charity or non-profit experience.

Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £ 13.19

Hours: 35pw

Location: London

Temporary contract for: 8 – 12 weeks

Start: Immediately

Key responsibilities:        

The temporary position will mainly be focused on;

  • Raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Monitoring and actioning the payments and lettings inboxes
  • Updating the asset register
  • Drawing up the documentation for tenancy extension agreements and new tenancies
  • Collating and distributing the weekly ‘what’s on’ email
  • Taking minutes at tenant meetings

Essential Experience/Skills   

  • Worked in a similar role
  • Diary management
  • Raising invoices
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements
