Brand and Design Manager - The Donkey Sanctuary
Salary: circa £40,500

It is only through the hard work and commitment of the Marketing Communications Directorate that we are able to do what we do for donkeys and mules worldwide. The ambition and over-arching goal of our Marketing Communications is to deliver communications that demonstrate the relevance and urgency of our cause, and inspire action. We have a strong foundation of expertise and commitment within the team and we are now seeking a Brand and Design Manager to implement and maintain the visual brand across print and digital.
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Content and working within an ambitious, creative and growing team you will oversee the design and production of marketing communications materials and products. You will oversee all multi-collateral design projects, from conception to delivery and you will input into the design of original pieces.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership and training to the team of multi-skilled designers and therefore be motivated by helping others grow and succeed. In addition to your innovative and creative mind-set, you will be highly personable, proactive and successful at building and maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally. You'll be a team player and someone who thrives in an ambitious environment alongside a compassionate team.
