Harris Hill are thrilled to be working with a large disability charity in their search for a Business Development Executive in London and South Region.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is currently a Fundraising Assistant who wants to specialise in corporate partnerships. It is also a great option for someone who has a clear sales background and is interested in their first charity job.
This exciting role offers both the opportunity to develop new business and account management skills. The role will require in-person communication throughout London and the South region on a regular basis so good access to the area is essential.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for
-Prospecting and building an income pipeline with a view to securing fundraised income to support unrestricted and restricted funding.
- The key focus will be corporate engagement identifying CSR, charity partnership, corporate volunteering, GIK and local corporate grant funds.
- You will also be instrumental in supporting corporate engagement with their flag ship internship programme.
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:
-Clear passion for the cause
-Experience in a fundraising role, with a clear understanding of how new business could be approached
-OR experience out of sector within sales and new business.
