Business Support Executive

Job description

A well-known charity based in Central London are looking for a Business Support Executive. The role of Business Support Executive sits in the data management and support team who load data on different databases, run predefined processes, keeping the supporters' data up to date and accurate. The team is responsible for ensuring all data is loaded and processed accurately, compliantly and in a timely manner. The team is also responsible for developing the core systems by recognising trends and issues and then designing, developing, and testing changes to improve the efficiency and usage of our systems. Please note this is a FTC for 12 months.
Person specification
Good experience or knowledge of importing and reconciling high volumes of complex data onto databases (such as Raisers Edge or similar).
Understanding of success in being responsible for carrying out key financial and data processes in a secure, compliant and accurate way.
Knowledgeable in using databases and understanding their purpose as well as experience of Microsoft Office software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail.
